Dr. Luan to join the faculty at Rice ECE and NeuroEngineering

Dr. Luan will join the faculty at Rice University in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and as part of the University's NeuroEngineering Initiative. We are very excited to work closely with the multidisciplinary team at Rice University and Texas Medical Center which represents some of the world’s most accomplished and diverse experts at the forefront of neuroengineering research.
